Its just really kind, nobody is mean and we all talk to each other

im told for once im good at my job and not picked apart to the point i want to cry

I like how I'm not yelled at or belittled, I'm treated like a person for the first time ever at a job

The Sme's all come from working in dealers or qc and it makes for good conversations and help with the whole team

I like im not screamed at every day and told im needed by the company ive never had a job were i didnt feel like dirt going home every night and this is the first job ive had that

I like i have a job i dont take the stress home at or be yelled at from start to finish of the day. I'm happy I get to take time off when I ask and I actually dont feel like a robot working to death
