My experience has been great from the start.. I had the best training class ever in my life and made some really great new friends. My teammates are awesome, helpful, and supportive. Managers in my department act like a team, and all care about our wellbeing and do anything they can to support us.

Getting to work with my amazing teammates and managers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people! Leadership, trainers, us call center reps, reception, HR, even the cleaning team... we all work together to promote positivity and smiles.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Perci Points recognition system is great! It's peer to peer based and allows us to earn points for peer recognition in addition to Management team level recognitions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team knows how to have fun, how to support each other when stressed, always bring positivity to those in need. We remind each other that we are doing a good job regularly and it really feels like we are a true team. :-)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The managers in my department are transparent and want to keep us in the know as soon as we can be. They definitely show that they care about us and do whatever they can to make certain we have the tools we need and keep us positive and also add a bit of fun to what could be a mundane job!
