I love my job. I just wish this company paid more. we are overworked and underpaid for sure. if the pay doesn't increase then I will have to look else where.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I were to get paid the same amount as a cashier. I've worked for the company for almost 2 years and have gotten Pay raises but I'm still not making the same as someone who is new and is their first job.
