I love working with the animals. Management needs to talk to the employees that do the work. They also need to pay more to get quality people in the door.

Dealing with the dogs and pet lovers.

The people are nice and fun to work with.

The manager that hired me was great. She told me everything and was open to work with me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We don't have team meetings. Unless I ask questions when I hear something I don't know what going on.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because nobody asks my opinion on where improvements could be made. Also as a part time employee I would like to be included in the 401K with a match.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have never meet our leadership team. Only heard what people say about them. I am not the type that listens to what other say. I like to meet them and make my own decision.
