Pretty much everything. They let some people under them bend rules but others are punished for the same thing. They use favoritism like crazy. They also tell you you?

It can be improved by the favoritism being stopped, pay being upped, and constant switches and changes within the company such as pay plan or policies to stop constantly changing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The manager pretty much has 2 people he likes and they get to sit around on their phones all day, buy non-store things on the store credit card, and treat them nice and treat everyone else like they don?
