That some of them are always open and willing to learn and help each other when needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid the same for a position that someone hired off the streets is. And recognizing talent in store and paying for retention.
What do you like best about your company?
The new CEO. He is going to do wonderful things for that company. The work is enjoyable, and most customers are great! The satisfaction of the job is good, they just need to pay better for employee retention.
