I've been expected to do everything at once or stand at the register for several hours at a time without so much as a chair. No 15 minute break and no one will answer calls or customers but you. Not even leaders who sit in the office all day.

Perhaps the pets. The behaved ones, anyway.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leaders across the board need to follow store policies like everyone else, listen to employee feedback and be more organized.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Working to the bone at minimum wage due to understaffing. Full time was assured to me but I barely get over 30 hours. Schedule is a mess. Don't pay minimum wage and treat your employees to different standards than managers.
