Planet Fitness is franchised, so different ownership groups will treat you differently.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There are only four types of employees: customer service representatives, one personal trainer, a shift leader, and (assistant) manager. Personal trainers and customer service representatives are every job in one for only $8.00 an hour -- janitors, representatives, phone reps, etc. It's ridiculous!
