Helping our members better their lives and knowing that we are helping in any way we can!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Even though we all put up with rude customers everyday and clean poop and pee out from lockerrooms and garbage cans every other week or so, we all still put on a smile for work and help each other out in any way we can to make our days go by faster and smoother.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No matter how hard we work or how much we clean our regional manager is NEVER satisfied and when we get sick we are told that we still have to come into work no exceptions.We are also understffed all the time due to the low wage so the current employees are doing more work for the same pay.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I got an interview right away, then they told me they would contact me the next day but never did so I texted the manager and they ignored me until a few months later they texted me asking if i still wanted to work there and i said sure and then it took over a week to get all my paperwork to work.
