It is a large company so of course there are things I don't like. But overall, the company is amazing. It tries to put its workers first and ensure a good environment for everyone. It is the first company I've worked for that I actually liked, and I've worked at a lot of places.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I make more than the average person without needing a degree. They don't pay based on education, they pay based on your abilities.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being around my team and meeting new people. We get to meet so many people with different backgrounds, physical abilities, education levels, and beliefs. Everyone has a story and I love being part of it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They encourage growth and want to see you succeed. They even encourage failure because they know it helps you grow. My leadership team is approachable and kind, they support us and guide us, and they always put us first.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its a fulfilling and rewarding job. Seeing people actively try to better themselves, no matter their ability or experience, always makes me feel better. There's always a few bad customers, same as any customer service position, but the overall experience is amazing.
