This was a minimum wage job that should easily be paid around 15-17 an hour. Employees are on their feet their entire shift cleaning endlessly to ensure guest satisfaction and we are hardly appreciated by our managers, while the guests always make us feel seen and valued.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There need to be some type of senstivity training given to club managers as district managers. DM shouldn't help club managers clean up their messes, they should be held responsible. Also when corporate says they will start in investigation it is often nice to make sure things arent still occurring
