What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with members and encouraging them to enjoy their workouts, have patience, and let them know that, no matter how long they work out or how often they may come in...they are doing great.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are more of a family in the sense that we are encouraging, kind, and professional. We keep each other motivated with positivity and we keep each other honest with gentle correction, when needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When I first joined as a member, I saw all of the signs stating, "non judgment", but I felt that i would believe it when i saw it. Well. I did. within my first week of working out, I realized that those statements were not just flippant slogans. They are true to life.
