Its been okay. But when it comes to other things with the job i feel its more on the poor side instead of great. I would love to speak with someone about my concerns for this job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Competitive compensation would be nice or at least more room to grow with the comany to make more money to be able to function comfortably
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interaction with the hiring manager was the best part because they were able to get a chance to know me better upon being hired
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to interact with the members and make there experience at the gym great. Also the abilty to become more knowledgeable in the fitness area is a great plus as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work as a team to make sure we all complete our tasks smoothly. We communicate well. They are very upbeat and positive. We get lots of praise from guess about how much of a great job we do.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The team needs to have a meeting and everyone should hold hold the standard to we are all on the same level so we should all have the chance to speak and be understood at an unbiased level. That way we can be all on the same page . we could maximize productivity.
