I have no idea why I've stayed for so long. I'm underpaid, overworked and unappreciated. We're told there's no way to be rated "exceeds" in my position. If your manager submits a rating of exceeds its denied. We're given minimal increases and bonuses. Find somewhere better to work!

The interview and hiring process is entirely too slow.

I work with intelligent, caring and loyal people. Everyone jumps in to help each other when needed. I love my coworkers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager is great. I can count on him. He recognizes our work and steps in when he can to help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Pnc is a diverse company with employees from all over the world. I am grateful to have met wonderful people from all cultures, religions and backgrounds. I truly believe that all are welcome here.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Make good on promises and stop shady practices! PNC uses every tactic to underpay employees with promises of the target salary within two years. They'll make changes during that time frame that resets the clock. It's happened within my team numerous times.
