What does the leadership team need to get better at?
More attention to compensation for long time employees. It's just not fair when a person has worked at the company for years and is making $20k less than someone who just started at PNC in the same position.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The medical benefits, work/life benefits (PTO), and medical coverage levels

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is okay. Work/life balance is FANTASTIC, which for me greatly exceeds the fact that I could increase my compensation elsewhere.

Money was good when I started, but annual raises are 1% and health insurance options are really not that great- only offer high deductible plans and they are really not that cheap compared to other companies I've worked at

What are some of the best things about your team?
My immediate team (direct reports under my manager) are well versed in their craft, hard working, supportive, and friendly.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Aside from my department being an anomaly, the work life balance is excepted by most teams in the company, and overtime is sometimes necessary to complete work but not mandatory.
