It has been a mix of good and bad. I started as an intern, entered a career development program, and was placed on a team. Everything was great, then the team reorganized and my career changed direction because of the role change, and things were downhill from there. I am starting on a new team soon

Senior executives drive for innovation, and my immediate manager' realization of priorities and goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My immediate team (direct reports under my manager) are well versed in their craft, hard working, supportive, and friendly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Aside from my department being an anomaly, the work life balance is excepted by most teams in the company, and overtime is sometimes necessary to complete work but not mandatory.
