My manager was a joke. She could barely do her job and gave me everything to do so she could st in her office doing nothing or not even be there half the week. She couldn't even remember the basic audit questions, instead, everyone had to feed them to her so we didn't fail

All tellers feel undervalued and the company is about numbers and not employees or customers.

I feel undervalued because my base pay rate doesn’t reflect isn’t at least $18 an hour based on all the material that is required to know and if increased to that

Put customers first & not force us to shove them off the phones within your less than 5.5 min goal. A lot of your customers have problems or mistake has been made on their accounts by an employee, have been lied to by an employee, or treated very badly by an employee; these take more time to fix!
