A majority of the leadership team works very hard to mentor and coach their employees to move on in their careers and advance.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
appreciating employees no matter what

Upper management has no idea what lower/middle management is doing, and all th different branches are very uncoordinated leading to a very poor client experience, which some (not all) branch associates work very hard to improve, but are overlooked by management!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Vacation benefits are very fair, and the increase after 5 years is very nice.

lying occurs at every level as noone wants to take on the problems, so regionals cover for useless managers who cover for inept employees, whilst upper management stays oblivious to their own company
