In the first 2 years they really cared about their employees. But in the last year PNC has definitely went down the drain when it comes to their employees

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

My coworkers empowering and uplifting one another

What did you like most about the interview process?

It seemed as if they really cared about their employees

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

A lot of system issues, not notifying CX of issues. Threats from supervision etc

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team besides my manager are helpful and encouraging if it weren't for my team/coworkers we would all most likely not even come in

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Ethics and how they treat their employees they take no consideration. And should show more appreciation to the employees and the good jobs and sacrifice they make everyday. The employees are constantly beaten up by the CX so to also get beaten up by your manager is not good for the employees

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

For the amount of abuse endured daily and the small pennies given for a raise is not enough. The pay is the bare minimum especially when the cost of living is so high we as employees are barely making it. Living pay check to pay check. Barely scrapping by and a check away from homelessness
