What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like most is that they are open to suggestions and an "open door policy." I was impressed when Tom Tomac said he liked his new office, located near the coffee room. He first found it noisy, but he soon learned to appreciate visitors that would stop by to say hi, give praise or voice a concern
