I enjoy my job mainly due to the people I work with. We could be less "numbers" focused and more customer focused. On occasion, I would like additional support with our work load but ultimately It's a great place to work in my opinion.

I enjoy helping customers find a resolution and making connections with customers, as well as my team

The most positive aspect would be that I feel like I can be myself with my Team and we have a great work relationship.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Specifically, I love my team. It is a much better work environment if you like your coworkers. I feel like we truly are a team. We can talk through a situation to find a resolution together and they always have your back.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our Leadership team cares about the people that work here. If you have a situation inside or outside of work that needs taken care of, you know you can go to them with your concern and they will assist you to get a resolution.
