Open communication and attitude. My team works together very well and we are all motivated to reach our goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I came from only working at relatively small businesses. Serpa still retains that feeling and I like that. The culture at Serpa is what I am used to and what ultimately made me accept their offer.
What makes you most happy at work?
I work remotely as an RSM so visiting my customers or presenting is something I look forward too, but working positively through a project makes me the happiest. I am sure once I close my forst project then receiving a PO will make me the happiest.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership at Serpa has made it very clear that they care about my success as an RSM. They are always willing to run through scenarios and offer feedback at various stages of a sale. I value that my direct management has experience in the role I perform and are always available.
