I love this company for the benefits, the work culture, and the company reputation. I do struggle to find my own projects as I am never given clear direction about my team and work. I also think the company will pay you the minimum if they perceive you as nonconfrontational or naive.

I think they do a lot to make the company successful and promote a healthy work culture
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have a really smart team and they're all willing to share their knowledge to help the team as a whole.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the nerdy and positive environment. Some of the middle management is really amazing at promoting good company culture and bringing their teams together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because they won't make the leap to pay fairly when you don't negotiate. I make less than my coworkers with the same job, work experience, and performance review rating, and I don't think the pressure should be on me to argue to close that gap. This sets women up to make less.
