My experience has been very good. I think my team is awesome as far as professionalism and personality go. I can't speak for other teams in the company though, but in my side of things, it's great. Nothing is perfect however, but find me a place that is right?

It's solid. Everything about Radiance is either good, or excellent. I'm grateful to have the opportunity to work here!

Contributing towards the goal, solving difficult problems, and joking with teammates.

My team, and getting to code in particular areas or features that interest me in my project.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most people have a good demeanor, are respectful, and constructive. We do not have a ping pong table at the office though. That is negative.

Balanced, clear, and a great hr team that tries to get everyone involved. I'm not in hr by the way. I guess that could be taken sarcastically. Truthfully I'm not in hr.
