I have really enjoyed my time at Radiance. The people and attitudes here make the difference. There are some things that could be improved on like policies and procedures relating to onboarding. My department manager is aware of this and has asked me to help him create some documentation on that.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Radiance has overall been a very good place to work. Other than some heavy turnover last year, people that have been here and new people are all focused on the growth of the company so that our esop value will keep growing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The insurance plan is really good.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works well together, and everyone treats each other with the same respect.

The ESOP and 401k benefits. The health insurance is also pretty decent too.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are approachable and always willing to answer questions and give a realistic and honest answer

being able to feel like i am valued, heard, and that the work that i do is making a difference.

They seem focused on growing Radiance and keeping it owned by all the employees and not just a few long timers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company tries to organize things to make people gather together as a group, and they also feed us a lot :-)

Everyone for the most part seems to be happy about their job and Radiance offers so many opportunities for advancement as well as encourages managers to team build instead of empire building.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Other than one person on our team who seems to rub everyone the wrong way, all of the rest of us get along and seem focused on the goal of our jobs which is security
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to get my job done without micro management. I am a fairly seasoned career person so I generally am able to manage my self and do what's expected of me without a lot of supervision.
