So far it has been a very positive experience. This is my first job since getting out of the military and leadership is very understanding about needing to adapt to a new life and work style.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
They gave me an opportunity and they really treat you well. It's an environment that doesn't pressure you and treats you like an adult, and excellence is expected in return. That's how it should work everywhere. There are some small things I'd complain about but overall its a great place to work.

The best compensation is the ESOP.

Very supporting and understanding, always happy to help out

Getting in the zone and feeling like I have a clear path of progress.

The team is very friendly and willing to help out, very understanding and does not micromanage
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
From what I've seen, everyone seem to be treated equally and fairly. It's a professional but comfortable environment.

They seem to take good care of their employees and they put a big focus on keeping them happy

Keeping us happy and giving us as much freedom as possible is great, they also don't micro-manage which is great

They don't micromanage, they give employees the tools to grow and the benefits are good enough to make employees want to stay.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Well I know what some of my peers are making and I don't like that I'm making less than some of them
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They give great healthcare and dental plans, lots of PTO, and the fact that the company has ESOP really makes it stand out.
What makes you most happy at work?
I can do my thing and do what I need to do without having somebody on my case or being bothered about nonsense
