Radiance is the best company I've ever worked for. In general, I don't think that a company, as an entity, cares about its employees. As an employee owned company, Radiance does care about its employees, and shows with things like the annual business meeting and an excellent benefits package.
What makes you most happy at work?
Finishing tasks, and collaborating with my coworkers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The generous retirement contribution split between ESOP stock and 401k .
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Radiance lives its culture of employee ownership. We know that when the company excels, the employees excel too
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Since I've been here, I have not only been given the opportunity to pursue work that interests me, but I've had help and encouragement to bring in the work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're a diverse group of incredibly talented scientists, engineers, and mathematicians, and we pride ourselves on doing great work. But we are all very approachable, humble, and not pretentious
