My overall experience with the company through the last 3 years working here have been great. I have been honored to work with the most amazing people and have made great friendships with them all. A lot of changes are happening, but hope Radiance can recoup the great culture that it had in the past
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, decision-making processes and fostering a positive and inclusive work culture which we had in the past years.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well together and understand each other's capabilities. We offer each other support and we have fun while getting the work done!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
With being employees owners, most feel like the communication from upper management has definitely failed the company. Keeping us all informed of any changes would be good to know.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Treating colleagues as friends and caring for them. But, there used to be a lot of positive things I could say until recently. The culture has definitely changed in a negative way.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel more valued as an employee if I was recognized for the extra hard work that I have put into the team. Working the extra long hours because we are short staffed and staying late when needed has gone unnoticed.
