The only complaint I can possibly levy against the company is how the leave policy is crafted - all leave [holidays, vacation, and sick time] are one lump sum. It is my opinion that in doing so, employees are encouraged to work during holidays and when they are sick. Otherwise, Radiance is great!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is an interest in the bottom-line employees as people. Leadership views employees as people, not purely as numbers on a spreadsheet or money-makers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My small team and I are cohesive - we enjoy discussing our out-of-work lives just as much as assisting each other in our work tasks.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The whole idea that Radiance employees, regardless of what level of management they are in, tend to treat other employees as people and take interest in them as such.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to work at a comfortable pace - I usually do not feel pressured to work many urgent tasks at once, but also not usually scrambling to find something to work on.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The ESOP and whole concept of employees owning a portion of the company is brilliant - it gives me strong reason to value the company's success while also providing a possible financial compensation should I ever have to part with the company.
