The leadership's commitment to integrity and servanthood is a rare gem in this industry and the corporate world in general. Many people talk the talk, but Radiance leaders walk the walk.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is not tied to, or adjusted for, current market conditions and standard industry rates. New hires are brought on at hire rates than long time employees. Compensation evaluations are biased and not tied to clear performance metrics and goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The vast majority of people at Radiance are talented, exceptional, hardworking, and big hearted. Peers and colleagues are what make Radiance a positive place to work. There is truly a spirit of service, community and diligence among the majority of employees.
