My experience has been great overall. Every company has its thing that people don't like or complain about or see as something that can/needs to be changed. I see Radiance as a place to takes those ideas and turns them into opportunities to grow and become a better company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people are just enjoyable and funny and smart and helpful. I am so grateful for the people I work with.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I get to interact with and the difference and impact the work we do has on the nation and the future of our country.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Which Leadership team? I really enjoy my group and division leadership. We work well together and have 360 degree feedback which I think helps give more by in and accountability from everyone.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Because I have been at Radiance for a while and know a lot of the people it still feels like a small company to me and I feel like I have a place here not like I am just another person.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't currently use the medical but I know that Radiance offers very good benefits. I have fair leave and overall I have always been satisfied with what the company has provided. They also listen when we speak and work to provide new benefits as they can throughout the years.
