I have not been here long, but the leadership seems quite strong and projects are not starting, stopping or changing constantly. Things seem well through out.

We have a small team to accomplish the customer goals. We can't afford to lose people and for the last 4 months we have been constantly losing necessary people on our project. I have concerns about the future ability to deliver completed work.

The work has been good. We had a lot of turn over this year in our group which makes things feel less stable

Coworkers are driven to complete tasks needing to be done.

We are a small team, so people have to fill in multiple roles.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Recent leadership disagreements have caused all my leadership in the build to leave for other companies.

The team is very good to focus on tasks to complete them without needing a lot of direction.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The customer we are working with has a distrust of Radiance based on the managment exodus to other companies.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The direction is clear and unchanging. Leadership is not guessing what to do next or what the customer might want. They know.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are not being forced to make decisions for profit for stock holders. Decisions can be made to position the company for future rewards not immediate short term money.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our group is small and diverse. Based on the ranking and rating model used to pay at the previous company there was disincentive to help a coworker succeed because you might be beat out for a raise.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical is excellent, as is dental coverage, My previous employer was limiting medical to a Hi PPO offering with HSA. I am spending less than half my Hi PPO + HSA contribution for Radiance and the coverage is better.
