Open communication- everyone is always bringing ideas and things we can improve on to make everything more efficient!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is engaged and constantly checking with employees. They put employees first and make sure we are taken care of!

Our leaders make sure that our vision is best aligned with the customers in mind, but also with employees in mind and our future.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
One of my favorite things about our compensation package is our PTO- the flexibility to take it when needed, instead of being tied to certain dates and holidays.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All employee owners have a great attitude and work ethic! It is always great to work in an environment where everyone is on the same page, eager to learn, and improve our processes.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like knowing that what I am doing is benefitting our Department of Defense, and ultimately our Warfighter. Having a purpose on your daily work has a much more meaningful impact and brings joy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone I work with is very helpful! There is never a wrong question and everyone always takes the best time to help figure out an issue or lead me to the person that might be able to help.
