I feel at home every day. I am where I have been called to be. I feel proud of my company, and want to do the best work I can for the company. Everyone meets me with kindness, and it creates a very inviting atmosphere. Radiance is my home and I am excited for the future here.

I have been given opportunity to lead teams, and grow in many skills. I am thankful for the growth opportunities available to me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our culture fosters integrity, hard work, and balance.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with, and the types of customers I interface with.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All people on my team are the best at what they do. Excellence attracts excellence.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to work in the area I love and find most interesting makes me happy to come to work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The ESOP and generous 401k contributions are the best part of the compensation package (~ 15% in total), in my opinion.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they driven to see growth across Radiance. They are motivated to grow, but in a way that is sustainable and with integrity.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all genuinely care for each other. The folks I work with make my job better, and it hurts when we lose them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leader ship team truly cares about me as a person. And they actively look for work that I am interested in. I feel truly at home.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have worked with 5 different companies and agencies. Out of them all, I have never felt so welcome and at home. I wish that I had come to work here sooner. We do the most interesting work, and we have some of the best people. I doubt I could find a better place to work in the Dayton area.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am aware of what I could make elsewhere, and it is largely due to inflation that I am far behind that, I think. I believe that this situation will work it's self out over time at Radiance, and I am happy with where I am for now. I have confidence in those over me to balance things out over time.
