Great co-workers and supervisors. Local office vibe is great. Concerned about fast growth affecting small-family vibe as time goes on. Do not approve of CEO behavior and allocation of company resources to non-productive areas.

Engaged and proactive about attracting and retaining quality employees; My managers seem to genuinely care about my well being;

The board should more accurately reflect the demographic of the employees; focus on rapid growth over the past 2-3 years has degraded the "small family" atmosphere

A good combination of "comfortable" tasks and new challenges that increase my comfort zone and knowledge base. There's always something useful to do and learn; If you're bored, it's your own fault!
