I have been with the Radiance family for 4 years and have been pleased with my decision to accept a position with this company. Radiance is a great company to work for and my experience with Radiance is better than I could have imagined it would be with any company following my Army retirement.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team leverages each other's experience and expertise to improve the contracts and company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company treats the employees with respect and dignity. This is true no matter how high or low the person is in the company's architecture.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Radiance leadership team has the best interests of the company and employees in mind with each decision. They are always open to suggestions and evaluate them and their overall impact on the company before acting.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am extremely blessed to be provided with the opportunity Radiance has provided. I work in a position that is ideal for my skills and background with my government lead treating me as true member of the team and not as an outsider supporting their mission.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I personally enjoy that all of the time off is grouped together and I am able to use it at my discretion and am not required to take time off based on holidays. I have the ability make up those hours during the pay period and take that time off when I choose.
