I LOVE that RFPIO lives up to its core values, even internally

GREAT collaboration despite being the fact that most of us are remote and have never worked with each other in-person

What do you like best about the leadership team?

For the most part, leadership is an 'all hands off' approach, which gives folks the ability to take ownership and responsibility over things they want.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I think the compensation for my specific role can be evaluated against companies in similar size and industries. We spend a LOT of time with clients and when you compare our role with others who do similar onboardings, we are seversly underpaid
