I enjoy working here. The product is amazing and people are willing to help. Continuous learning is definitely supported here. With that said, I do not feel challenged at work. Work operations seem to be in silos which takes the joy out of building something. Otherwise, I like RFPIO.

I enjoy the people on my team. They are extremely helpful.

I like that they are friendly and try to set up weekly connection points.

I appreciate the effort to actively have employee appreciation events. I also LOVE the product.

I love that my strongest teammates are not on the same team as me or in the same department.

I love working with my coworkers and learning new things. It feels like we are truly defining the space.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have had many job offers with higher salaries. Getting equity in the company would make me feel better about my compensation as it would reward those that are invested in RFPIO's success.
