For the previous question-how often do you recommend?I certainly do and have recommended in terms of work life balance,good peers,goals,secure job etc.But once they came to know about the salary package we provide,have seen them puts in a situation to rethink to seek job with us but to seek others.

They are very passionate on the goals of the company and working hard towards it

We are technically growing , which benefits in the product as well as our career.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is very hardworking towards the quality of the product. Yet needs to do smart work too that we have planned to do in the coming years.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Seeing the hard work and passion of the leadership team, that really inspiring us to do the same for the growth of the company and also for the individual growth too.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are influenced by our friends who work in other organisation-as they are getting paid more than what we are paid here with the same role/experience as us.Feel good if matches half of it.Still believe in our company as it expands larger in future,we sure will benefited and get credit for the same
