The culture is pushing me to expand my knowledge base with the product and personal level too. The concept of threshold when it comes to learning has become aggressive lately, and unstable, seeing only upticks.
The concept of giving back to every one of the employees whenever there's an achievement done is really something that stands out. And I personally witnessed this just in the very first month I've started with the company.
Work-life balance. Usually the work-life balance be present on the papers and during the inductions, but here I found this practiced for real. And this work-life balance exhibited by those who are the highest contributors to the company, which is almost all of them here. Culture refines individuals.
Highly energetic and dynamic team. The longer the team was with the company, the more level of energy they show when it comes to communication, knowledge sharing, and guidance. My team never teaches me, rather they guide me to learn and help me along the way. I feel that challenging & constructive.
The Product! It's becoming a huge thing in the tech market. I mean almost all types of industries are starting to benefit from the market. This is not me just saying, because we are made aware of the constant feedback of the users and they have been boosting me a lot, and helps me to see my future.
