That it's casual yet there's intensely high expectation. It can be stressful, but we have a fun working environment.

It's a team that's extremely committed at an individual level and in turn committed to what we're aiming to accomplish here at HDVI together.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The stages of interviewing up the ladder one on one instead of one person sitting across a number of executives. It allowed for a better read and feel for each individual as well as different view points on expectation from each.
