Lennox International: It's ok for the question part but not much as basically telling someone that are going to get the position but months later you still haven't gotten the position or even start training. Been put on the back burner multiple times for the company, no growth or hope for people who want to grow.
Shopify: A compensation system that provides more agency.
Hilton: That we communicate that we work together that we make every person stay the best and make them feel like it's home outside at home just so this doesn't feel like paying we don't look for the check we look for the people and their quality of each stay

We have a bunch of kids sitting looking at reports they don't know how to read correctly giving information they don't understand telling us what we are doing wrong.

I have also seen the extension of better benefits where able such as longer maternity leave and more coverage for short term disability. I think benefits in the US are difficult for a company to score well in on surveys.
UKG: This truly feels like a dream workplace and I want to bring everyone I know over. I wish there were more opportunities available to do that, but overall, I absolutely love it here. The work/life balance has been life changing for me.

TaskUs: I was very curious to work with TaskUs. Policies are also good but you guys lie to me about email and chat processes and did unfair and unwanted movements. No one is helping here in this organization.
