OTG Management: I wouldn't recommend this job at OTG to any of my friends i did at first but never mind I told them don't the managers abuse there power everyday were being threatened to get fired The job is not worth the disrespect and threats managers and HR need to get it together and fix the issues

Logitech: I'm consistently impressed by the quality people at Logitech. Also the attitude is upbeat and fun. Great mgrs too. I just hit my 1 yr mark, and parts of org are hampered by silos of info and lack of transparency. Also missing many 'basic best practices' that still surprise me.

Ergotron: Once you get to a certain age they will create a way to sack you and replace you with someone younger. The previous management was in over their heads being promoted internally without the real experience to validate their role or their salary.
