Guidewire Software: The experience couldn't have been better. I get to solve challenging problems daily, have amazing peers, and great compensation. Overall, keeping aside what's happened in 2020, Guidewire is a very big positive for me this year.

TEK Experts: Our company makes roughly N2,100,000 per engineer every month, but pays those same engineers that amount in a whole year. The company can spend hundreds of millions of Naira on operational continuity, but bonuses from the Client to engineers land in grains and trickles. It is a great place to learn.

Q emphasizes extreme "ownership" which translates to cutthroat competition, individualism, and self-promotion. Qualtrics would benefit from a gentler, more collaborative culture.
Qualtrics: Qualtrics will reward you well but it will ask a lot of you in return. The pace is very very fast.
Qualtrics: I am fairly new but have had an incredible time thus far. The work we do is high value and the colleagues I'm surrounded by are brilliant.

Qualtrics: Qualtrics isn't for everyone. Some people thrive in a metrics-driven, high-pressure culture; others do not. Creativity & risk-taking aren't rewarded. Mgmt ignores/doesn't solicit feedback from employees about how to improve the Q. Underutilization of talent is the biggest problem facing Qualtrics.
Qualtrics: Overall I had a good experience in terms of learning new things and being able to innovate. But in terms of dev culture and cowrokers being easy to work with, I have not had a good experience.
Peloton: So far it has been a good experience. I sometimes feel the company takes on too many projects at the same time, with the same amount of resources and then they don't get done properly or are delayed due to competing projects/initiatives.
Qualtrics: Leadership is super transparent, heck everyone is pretty transparent. People get things done, making a mistake is an opportunity to learn and improve, one team.

GoTo: It has been quite busy and exciting to date however while there is a lot of promise for career progression, I am still waiting to see what will come of it as well as the assess whether the benefits/compensation are also appropriate

Feel like venturing into another department but I'm not sure where to start. Asked my manager about it and they weren't really sure too. Current project is slight mundane.
