Cornerstone OnDemand: Really, really great. I love the work and the people. I just hope that post-merger, with the management transition, that the culture stuff that I liked so much doesn't go away. I still want to "work hard, play hard" and I am not so confident that the new management values that as much as the old.

RingCentral: The people I work with on my team are wonderful people, there are many challenges with accomplishing the day to day work load. I personally feel that RC can do a better job in including those that are 100% remote as well as welcoming mothers who have been on maternity leave back.
RingCentral: Good if a little organic. We still need to develop processes to better our customer experience. Feedback is also a rare thing. In my time I have not had a single one-to-one or review.
