The base salary is the piece that furthest exceeds my expectations

The RSUs are best, and the HSA is quite good as well.

Not being resources constrained.. And seeing my team crush their numbers all the time!

My boss leads by example so well, and so consistently. She makes all of us better and keeps us motivated.

Helping my team do their best work. And delivering for my boss to set her up with more wins and less worries.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel well resourced, invested in, and supported. And I am impressed with the DE&I program. My favorite though is the open mic.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are all very talented, but more importantly, they are also all noticeably driven people, which I believe has a positive trickle-down effect. Also, my fav thing is that they are pretty darn aligned overall which is rather rare in my view.
