Really, really great. I love the work and the people. I just hope that post-merger, with the management transition, that the culture stuff that I liked so much doesn't go away. I still want to "work hard, play hard" and I am not so confident that the new management values that as much as the old.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting things done, impressing my team and my manager, building awesome products that really help people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everybody is competent and positive. I can trust them. And they push me to be better.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have great strategic vision and they really seem to value our people. Everybody really lives our values.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Regular reviews and compensation increases. It's a part of the culture and I don't need to fight for every increase.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are just awesome... upbeat go-getters. I like that there are regular events like "toasts" to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries, and "beach day". I loved the 20th anniversary celebration. I want to be in a "work hard play hard" environment. I hope that doesn't change.
