I think I have the best job at the company, and Iove what I'm doing & I'm excited about who I get to do it with! I do feel like I could be cut anytime, and that if I take a vacation I would be at risk. I'd like more security there, but otherwise, I feel like I've been here for years, and love it.

My team is bright, motivated, creative, ambitious, and executes. Nothing is as motivating as actually achieving goals.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The equity. Participation makes me feel like the work I do isn't just recognized internally, but that I have a direct influence on share price, and thereby am not immediately dependent on the recognition from my manager.
What makes you most happy at work?
I never know what I'm going to walk into. I get to do everything from working on buying snacks to buying companies. I feel like my job plays to my strengths and am still working on stretch goals daily.
