Its been fantastic. There has been laid out metrics and expectancies from day one. This has allowed me to find success early and see a promotion within my first year at the job. Moreover, I have been given opportunity to move offices that has brought me to new cities, which has been incredible, too.

What makes you most happy at work?
Closing a deal. I mean c'mon, what is more exciting than driving enough value in our product to convince a VP or C-suite executive to use our software for their entire marketing or communications strategy
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is striving to do amazing things which naturally creates a super competitive yet healthy environment. Also everyone is so vibrant and relatively young so you it all feels so inclusive of where you want to be to start your career
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are so much more than just a team. Work is important, yes, but we also do so many out of office events. Inclusive of Happy hours, renting out spaces for events, and even traveling to other locations with your team members. My team is consistent of some of my better friends
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is accessible. You can talk to the "big wigs" at the company with ease and they are genuinely curious in your progress at the company. Also your career path and promotional opportunity is tangibly laid out so you know what you need to do to move up with in the company. I've never had that!
