You go above and beyond to back up senior managers while they are out and there are no incentives to going the extra mile. They seem to be very selective on when there is room in budget to increase comps for some giving 2 comp increases in a year while the rest are told it's happening andnothing.

It's not that I feel entirely undervalued. I know I'm appreciated, I feel as though I have not received adequate increase in part due to the under performance of other more tenured team members.
